RDP, vbox headless problem

After implementing VBox RDP I encountered the following problems, can any body help
Thank you in advance.
Problems

1. when one minimized application is closed the whole process terminates - and the outcome of closing the minimized application by right clicking is not predictable
2. Problem in Autocad performance i.e speed and existence of two mouse pointers
3. Archicad totally doesn't work.

So, dear people, We went a long way but finally our system is not yet usable. Frankly speaking, this is a very good option and when coupled with a fresh start from snapshots this brings a stable solution with minimal malware infection problems.

We need a solution and we are also ready to communicate any missed information...

1. How are you starting the remote VM?
2. Are the guest additions installed?
3. I am not familiar with this product. I will need to investigate it before I can help. Maybe someone else has and will respond.
