My Version is 0.9.15, i upgraded using the repo you provided.

I will check the thing with the usage while starting VB.

With 0.9.15, the CPU won't be overloaded. It's only with 0.9.14, because the input source is set to surround. The second you change that in pavucontrol to either stereo or none, CPU will return to normal. You will notice it because pavucontrol triggers the same bug. There is already a bug report on launchpad, in which I replied along with the one who reported it. I haven't seen a reply from one of the package maintainers though.
