Well I've tried multiple times to get a vbox Ubuntu 64 guest installed and stable on a Win7 X64 host with no luck at all. I have tried multiple settings, and multiple versions of VBox including the beta (which I have installed now) but I continue to get randow freezes of the guest os which requires that I power down the vm to contine. I thought I had it working on this last try but again ubuntu froze while doing update installs. I have the .png and log files gernerated by vbox but I'm not sure where to submit them.
Also I have been running a linux VMware workstation ubuntu guest on this machine without issue so I don't think its a hardware problem. Help is greatly appreciated as I need a vm that can utilize all four cores of my q6600. On the last issue I got a VBox error box that said that a critical error had occured and that I should go to virtualbox.org and submit the log file and .png that was gernerated. Yeah, nothing there to indicate where I would post those files so I came here. Log files attached.
Q6600
Seagate 500gig 7200.11
Video 8800gt
Windows 7 RTM 64bit
OK Tried to upload the log file but it is too large.
Update
Works fine using 1 or 2 cores. Completely unstable with 4.

You should actually open a bug report at http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Bugtracker. This requires an additional account (this forum account wouldn't work there). Alternatively you could attach both files here (use the upload attachment function.
