Bridge on vbox 3.0.4

Hello
Just install 3.0.4 virtualbox on mu Ubuntu 9.04
Can not (as usual) setup network bridge.
I use Toshiba laptop with wireless HiFi network card on it. This morning everything works except windows shares on guest system (windows xp). Virtualbox used NAT networking. I was need sharing just to copy some files from guest system to my host and try some old manuals to enable it.
unsuccessfull
Now even NAT is not working, and guest system have not any network at all. I have update it to last version, but it do not help too.
I have delete everything from /etc/network/interfaces, leaving only loopback support.
I have trying this commands:
$ sudo tunctl -t tap1 -u myusername
Set 'tap1' persistent and owned by uid 1000
$ sudo brctl addbr br0
$ sudo ifconfig wlan0 0.0.0.0 promisc
$ sudo brctl addif br0 wlan0
$ sudo dhclient br0

$ sudo brctl addif br0 tap1
$ sudo ifconfig tap1 up
$ sudo chmod 0666 /dev/net/tun1
The result is the same - not working. I have read user manual of virtualbox - it do not say anything about wireless cards except whatit have some limitations on linux. How can i at last bring NAT back? The guest system see the interface but think, what cable is just unplugged.
the ifconfig output:
