pff it didnt help me,i want to solve it,i dont think i need information about bootable medium etc.i need just help how to solve it..

It didn't help? ok lets make it simpler, suppose you work at a garage and I come in saying "my car won't start", I am not going to tell you what type of car it is, the model/make or what I've done to get it started, I'm not even going to tell you where my car is.... Helpfull ain't it?
