VB-Portable 3.0.4 Unable to connect usb device

Hello to everybody....
I am new on this board and I ask your help... please...
I'm not able to see my pen drives in the guest OS (XP). The host OS is XP.

I first setted the VM and after runned the gues xp.
At the first time, an installation procedure start for the new hardware (see immagine1) but it fails (see immagine3).
What can I do to solv this issue.

Sorry but we do not support VB-Portable.
You need to see the Portable-VB vendor for that.
