Log is nice and all, but we don't have a crystal ball here to see how you got this log. What did you do? Read the
Forum Posting Guide and give the information we need.

What are you having problems doing?
Detailed information is what we need.
As well the complete settings that you are using for the guest and the host amount of RAM would be good.

Please answer these questions:
How much RAM does the host have?
How much memory are you giving the guest VM?
Have you installed the guest additions?
If you have installed the guest additions did you install them in safe mode?

Please post here and not through private message:
It is hard for me to understand everything that you are saying, (language barrier I am thinking).
Few things to try. Change the Virtual Network adapter to IntelPro/1000 T server.
Set the amount of RAM to the guest at no more than 50% of the available memory, no more than 1024 Meg.
Set the Vram to 16 meg. to start with. Go up in increments of 8 meg. Remember that this memory comes from the Host RAM and not the video card.

Oh I understand! Try what I sent you and then reply in both English and in your native tongue. Somewhere we will get the information that we need to help.

Sometimes Google translate makes a horrible outcome, so run it through babelfish.altavista.com too, just to see the differences.

Why not post the VM settings xml file here. Post it as an attachment to a message is safest I think.
NOTE: the settings XML for this VM, not VirtualBox.xml.
I want to know if you've somehow selected a funny video mode.

If the file extension itself (.xml) isn't allowed, rename it to .txt and try again.
