I have Tried Countless Times T Ge This To Work.
I Have A Full Copy Of Windows XP SP3 installed in one VB, a copy of Windows Server 2003 in another VB.
I maged to promote the Windows server '03 virtual box to an Active directory domain controller and DNS server successfully, however when i go to configure the Windows XP "Client" it will not join the domain, it gives me the same error message as when the DNS is not configured properly, however i double and triple checked the IP addresses and i've tried every Nic configuration on both the server and the client.
cloud someone please help me with this i ned detaild instructions on how to conect my virtual "client" to my virtual "domain".
just so that we understand each other i have done this in the real world with real computers it's just i cannot understand how to get the two virtual boxes to talk to each other.

What are you using for the connection mode? NAT Bridged, Etc.?
Also in the guest that you are trying to join to the domain, what DNS are you using?
