Seamless Vbox. how do i set up? how does it work?

i have been looking for a HowTO for ubuntu 9.04 but cannot seem to locate one, i have no idea even how to set this up or how it works any explanation or linc would be appreciated

Maybe you should expand on what you are really wanting to do, so someone could help if possible.

well i would like to run my ms word, onenote ect with out have to start the whole vbox thing, to be honest i dont even know if that is how it works but that is how it was explained to me.

OK first thing that you need to do is have Windows installed in VBox. Your profile says that you have Vista installed so I will assume that is correct.
You would then install Office and what ever you need in the Windows VM and then to get it to go seamless you open the Windows guest and using the hot key you press (host + L) to go to seamless mode. To get out of seamless mode you press the (host + l) again.
