Converting HD formats

Hello,

I'm trying to convert a Xen raw file format to a virtualbox compatible format. Everything I have tried so far comes up with a incompatible format.

Every command completes, just Virtualbox cannot read it.

vboxmanage internalcommands converthd -srcformat RAW TEST1.img -dstformat VDI TEST1.vdi

I've also tried to convert it to a VMDK thinking that might help, but nothing. Any suggestions on the proper way to do it?
