Windows XP dosen't find USB

Hi,
I'm running VirtualBox 3.0.4 on my MacBook with Mac X OS, mainly to run a USB device that will only work under windows. The guest is Windows XP with SP3.
I have activated all the USB filters, and have enabled USB controllers also. Virtual Box seems to recognice the USB drive, but it won´t appear on windows.
I have found to probable causes. First, Windows is not able to find the drivers for one of the USBs. Where can I find the drivers?
The second probable cause is that when I try to activate the APPLE INC. BLUETOOTH USB HOST CONTROLLER, VituralBox comes up with an error messeage, that says that is in use by someone else. I don´t know if this is related.
I'm going crazy trying to making it work, and searching on the forums. Thanks in advanced.
