I'm running VB 3.0.4 PUEL. Guest OS is Windows 7 RC. Host OS is Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard).
I've seen other USB-related issues in the forums, but have not seen the issue I am having. I am trying to use a National Instruments NI-6211 USB data acquisition box in the guest OS, which "sees" the device on startup, but does not continue "seeing" it. I have tried manually passing the device to the guest using the USB devices button on the bottom of the VB window, as well as setting up a filter. When using a filter, the device appears to be passed back and forth between the guest and host about every second or so.
I did not use USB devices much in the guest OS prior to upgrading to Snow Leopard, so this could be a bug to fix in a future VB release, but is there something I'm missing here?

Re: USB device connects/disconnects
Just as an update - I'm beginning to think this is a device-specific issue. Other USB devices seem to be passing along to the guest OS just fine, and the box works fine under a Boot Camp install of Win 7.

You have to install the same DAQmx drive both on host and guest (I use DAQmx 9.0.2 guest=windows xp host=windows 7).
