[Solved] Problem booting from Acronis Boot disk

I am trying to back up my VMs with Acronis Boot disk, but Acronis will not recognise mouse or keyboard.

Right Ctrl - mouse goes from host dektop, but does not move in guest - mouse pointer is there, but doesn't move.
No keyboard response either - all I can do is shut the VM down.

I must add that keyboard/mouse work just fine in all of my other applications.

Anyone any ideas?

Version 3.0.4 is installed.

Host OS is Win XP Pro

Follow up - turns out it was a faulty ISO image - sorry for intruding.

I used the actual disk and mounted it, and it worked fine, so I made a new ISO, mounted that, and it worked fine.

Weird.
