Coexistence with VMware Server 1.x on Windows XP

Maybe my question have been already answered, but I was unable to locate the answer...
I currently use VMware Server 1.x on a Windows XP Professional (SP3) host and I have several VMs. The use of VMware Server is critical for my activity, so I can't give it up for any reason.
In the meantime I would like to perform some tests with VirtualBox.
Can I install VirtualBox on the same Windows XP Professional (SP3) host where VMware Server 1.x is installed without creating problems to my current VMware Server installation?
Can I run VirtualBox on the same Windows XP host (not concurrently) without creating problems to my current VMware Server 1.x environment and VMs?
Is there any issue I should consider during setup or while running either VirtualBox and VMware Server?
An alternate solution could be installing virtualBox on a Vista home basic notebook with a limited amount of RAM...
Suggestions, pointers and hints welcome!
Regards
Marius

Don't run them at the same time and you should be fine.
Virtualization inside a virtualizer, discussions, continue there.
