I am bought this TV tuner, and it work well on notebook that is running Vista as OS

However, in Vista under Virtualbox at Linux host, it doesn't able to detect this USB device ( There is nothing at device manager ) . I've verified the USB is working by install iTune to sync with my iPhone.

Is anyone know how can I do further checking on it?

Not all usb devices work, tuners/cams for one for most don't work (yet).

I see, if I turn off USB 2.0 support, will that help?
