If possible, I need to be able to have different versions of Virtual Box installed on the same machine. When
I install one, the other is removed even if I specify different install locations.

Couldn't you merely install all structure manually?

Re: Multiple versions of Virtual Box on a machine
I see a couple of really nasty things happening here if you were to install (2) copies of VBox on the same PC. The worst of them being if you have one running and then all of the sudden by mistake started another version it could completely kill the host OS. This is especially true in the 64 bit version with VT-x/AMD-v activated. Anyway it is not supported, but you are free to try. Just remember that this could be considered like a lite stick of tnt. One mistake and boom!
