[Solved] [3.0.4]Linux-Windows[GUEST]Share Folder On Vista???

Post by JeZ-l-Lee »

Hi,

I am using VirtualBox 3.0.4 on Linux Mint 7 Gloria 32bit Host.
I installed Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit SP1 Guest into Virtual Machine.

I'm having trouble finding the Share Folder under Vista Guest.
In XP guest, I simply mapped the Share Folder from the network.
But under Vista Guest, the Share Folder is not listed in the VirtualBox network.

Any special instructions on how to map from the network Share Folder on Vista Guest?

Thanks

Jesse

Hi,

OK, I got it working:
RUN or CONSOLE:
net use x: \\vboxsvr\NAME_OF_SHARE

Thanks!
