virtual box instalation problem in windows XP machine

Hi friends,


i have downloaded VirtualBox-3.0.4-50677-Win.exe , when i try to install i have selected virtualbox USB support , virtualbox networking support .

when i click the install button, after some progress bar completion , i am getting the below error messages.
"virtualbox host-only ethernet adapter has not passed the windows logo testing to verify its compatibility with windows XP .

please help me to solve the issue .

Click on install anyway/continue.

when i press the "continue anyway " button , it will rollback all installation process and the final message comes as
"sun xVM VirtualBox setup wizard ended prematuely"

Please start installation again

Please guide me to fix the problem

I had similar problem when installing 3.0.4 as administrator

Have anyone solution for the problem?

System to install vBox is Vista32.
