Can everyone help me, how to recognize Flash disk on Virtual Box 3.0.4 and how to configure network if the guest O.S is SOLARIS 10 ?

Please read the Forum Posting Guide so you know how to create a proper topic title and opening post. Topics with only "Help" as subject are not much help for others, it doesn't say what your problem is.
Did you read the VirtualBox FAQ and User Manual for your USB related questions?
Configuring network settings in a specific OS is not really in this forum's scope. Unless you specify some more, we can't help you. The question is too generic, it can even be found on Google with lots of howto's and all. Check the OS documentation, that will tell you a few things about configuring the system.
