Internet (dual boot win7 & xp)

Post by mmmnzb »

Hi

I have installed virtual box on a WindodwsXP SP3. Than i managed to install Win7 RC (works fine everything, i mean share, sound, internet all working) and after that have installed WindowsXP SP2, I make dual boot , everything is good but my internet is not working on xp. So that's my problem.
If i install only windowsxp the internet is working.
If i install only win7 the same, everything is working.
Both if i install both the internet is working only on win7.

Do you have some ideas?

Excuse my english it's not the best.

Don't install dual boot, keep the Guests as seperate VM's.

There are separate settings needed per OS. The NIC settings for W7 is not fully compatible with XP and vice versa, due to missing drivers. As v4m2 said, don't dual boot the bunch.
