Add PCI Modem and DVB adapter to VirtualBox

Hi,
I am ruuing Virtual Box 3.0.4 on Windows Vista Ultimate and have Windows XP as the host OS.
I have a USRobotics modem and a SKyStarII DVB adapter which are both connected to PCI slots on the MB.
Is it possible to add this two devices to the host OS?
