[3.0.4]Linux[HOST]-Windows[GUEST]-Vista Aero Effect Not Work

Hi,

I just installed Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit SP1
onto Virtual Machine
on Linux Mint 7 host.

I installed Windows Guest Additions
and have enabled "3D Acceleration" with 128MB RAM.

My problem is that I can not enable
Windows Aero window transparency effect in Vista.

Can this be done? Or am I expecting too much?
