Try clicking in the guest first so it is in focus and then try (host+delete)
Your mouse will be captured but you can press the host key once to release it.
As soon as you can install the guest additions so the mouse integration will help you.

Hello,

my mouse is captured when I put the mouse over the guest. I don`t need to click. So I mean my guest additions are installed.

But when I click on the guest (I can move the mouse from the Windos 2003) and the press the host+Del, nothing happends.

Sorry I guess I don't understand what you are trying to do.
If you click on the title bar of the 2003 window to get focus does it work if you do not move the mouse out of the 2003 window?

Did you change the host-key by any chance? And are you sure you were using the RIGHT ctrl (as in, not the left one).
