Fullscreen issues with Vbox 3.0.4

I have researched the forum and found both successful and unsuccessful reports on using the Cisco VPN client with Vbox. I just wanted to post my experience with VBox/fullscreen mode/VPN/Keyboard functionality.
I have VBox 3.0.4 installed on Windows Vista Home Premium host with Windows-XP Pro as the guest OS. If the fullscreen mode is activated, I find two issues consistently with both my desktop and laptop.
1. Keyboard does not work but it is fixable by pressing ALT-TAB
2. VPN takes 2-3 attempts for successful login but it stays connected once I am logged in
Everything works fine with no issues if the full screen mode is not activated. It seems to me that this is a bug in the software.
