Ever seen what happens when they have two routers(using one as a switch or wireless AP) and didn't disable dhcp on one of them?
I think it will be correct this time but it's cheap to verify.

Trend Micro Office Scan... though it's only for antivirus not fw any networktraffic
~FW is NOT cofigured so everything should be allowed... after deactivating...
everything works fine now
