[Solved] Networking in VirtualBox

Hi,
I have installed VirtualBox 2.1.4 on my Windows Vista. And inside it, I have installed Windows XP Professional.
I want to setup a network between the guest and the host which lets me share files and folders between the two.

I don't know much about networking.
Can anyone help me with that?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply.
I looked at the UserManual of Virtual Box, and also tried google, but I cannot achieve what I want.
This is what I have tried:
I have a network adapter which is unplugged (I use dial up internet :( ). So I created a loop back adapter. And in the VirtalBox settings page, I selected Host Interface and attach it to the loop back adapter.

But when I start the guest OS (Windows XP Pro), it says Limited or no connectivity.

You might want to upgrade to 2.2.4 which has host only networking.

Thanks for the reply.
I upgraded to 3.0.4 and it has Host Only Networking.
But I solved the issued in 2.1.4 too. Here is what I did:
I created a Microsoft Loopback adapter in Windows Vista (host) and selected Host Interface and attached it to the loop back adapter.
Instead of using DHCP, I manually set the IPs for both OSs. I assigned 192.168.1.8 for the guest and 192.168.1.7 for the host and it worked.

Thanks again for the reply.
