Can I install VBox on offline machine..?

Hi, just want to ask if I can also use Vbox on machine that is not connected on internet...

I'm planning to use it also on my PC at home...Using Ubuntu 9.04 as my host...

Sure, why not? After you installed it (and you have to make sure you already have the dependencies installed, else it won't work), you get a registration window that you can ignore safely. After a few times, it won't show up anymore. Everything will still work, you just won't have internet on the VMs.

Ow thanks..! How do I know I already installed dependencies installed on it..! Anyway, I already downloaded a fresh copy of Version 3.0.4 for Ubuntu Host..

I'll try it tonight when I got home..!

The default installation of Ubuntu comes with gdebi-gtk package installer. It's a graphical installer that resolves dependencies. If they are not met, you will get a warning and an option to download them. That is a bit of a problem if you don't have internet, but you can download them manually from another machine that does have internet and install the dependencies the same way.
