Hi All,

My Host is Ubuntu 9.04 and my guest is WIN XP .

I have a program that needs the ctrl alt shift and f12 keys all pressed at the same time to envoke a hidden menu in the programme.
The trouble I have is that ubuntu see's this as a request to open terminal, is there a way I can make virtual box send this command, the same as Send ctrl alt del to machine option in the machine tab?

Thanks all,
Mark

You can try to hit HOST + Shift + F12. The Host key is usually a shortcut key for Ctrl+Alt, as you insert Ctrl+Alt+Del when you hit HOST+Del. Something else you can try, is the onscreen keyboard from Microsoft. It's accessible through Start > Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > OnScreen Keyboard.

Sasquatch thank you for you help, the on screen keyboard worked a treat, I can't thank you enough.
