More disk trouble
For some reason disks aren't working for me on Windows 3.1. If I mount a floppy image, then try to open drive A: in file manager, it tells me

Click on devices in the upper left corner of the guest and make sure that it is mounted. If it is then unmount and remount it.

Did you enable the floppy in the guest settings? By default it is disabled.
I have a times seen that the floppy did not work if there was no floppy in the drive when the guest started. Maybe you should try that.
