I'm trying to simply install .Net Framework in virtual XP on an Ubuntu Jaunty machine but it just sits there attempting to connect.

What am I doing wrong?

Connecting to what??? .net 1.1/2/3 works fine here.

I was installing from a source which turned out to be lame.

Now OK

In future I wont accept the first source if I get errors!
