How to setup network like this?

Hey guys, I'm not an IT geek so don't laugh at me with my dumb question..
My host is Linux, my guest is WinXP.
The IP address of my Linux is 111.134.xxx.xxx
What should I do to set my guest WinXP to have the IP address like my host: 111.134.yyy.yyy?
I've just installed VirtualBox OSE and 4 type of networking.
I've also read user manual of VB: http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/UserMa ... #changenat
I follow the instruction: VBoxManage modifyvm "WindowsXP" --natnet1 "111.134/16"
but it doesn't work..
Could someone please help me w/ this?
Thank you very much.
