USB

I am trying to connect my Creative Zen Mp3 player with no success. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Host OS is Windows Vista Home 32
Guest OS is Ubuntu 9.04 64

When I right click on the USB connections and then on the Zen it gives the following error.

Failed to attach the USB device Creative Technology Ltd Creative ZEN [0100] to the virtual machine Ubuntu.

USB device 'Creative Technology Ltd Creative ZEN' with uuid {insert long string I don't want to type here} is busy with a previous request. Please try again later.

OSE is without USB. Install PUEL Version.

My bad. When I was setting up the account I did not know what that particular drop down was talking about.

I believe I have the PUEL version installed.

OK. Then try an USB Filter for that device.
