Unable to open mdb (MS Access) file by file association from microsoft network. But mdb file successfully open from MS Access

Guest: Windows XP SP3
Soft: MS Access 2003 Sp2
VirtualBox: 3.0.4

I've moved this to windows guests because this really relates to the behaviour of the Windows guest. If you can open the file from Access then your access paths work. If you can't open it by association then this is an issue with your registered file types and associated actions. All MS Windows config and nothing to do with VBox.
