In virtualbox my GPU is not recognized. For CoD4 modding/mapping tools it's necessary to have the latest GPU drivers. It won't let me download the drivers because it can't find the card. Is there a way I can download the drivers without the program find the card or is there a way I can get virtualbox to recognize the card?

Re: Video Card Drivers Necessary for a Program
Virtual machines run on simulated hardware (hence the name), not the real hardware of the host. So no, you cannot (and it would be pointless) to download GPU drivers into your guest, because your guest doesn't have a GPU.
