Hi, im looking to setup a secure guest network wise.
i need traffic to be able to be forwarded to the guest, but i would like my host to be invisible to the guest also. which networking mode would i use?
Network Modes
Re: Network Modes
By using a router/firewall as a VM, plenty of topics to be found here about setting this up.

Re: Network Modes
I suppose you should use Bridge for your guestVM and use seperate IP for it and after setup firewall for your needs.

Re: Network Modes
Bridged no longer creates a virtual interface, the physical one is used directly instead. You do need a router before you're able to use bridged, because if you connect the PC to your internet modem directly, you won't have internet on the Guest. On the router, you forward ports to the IP of the Guest.
