As from image I don't succeed to install the drivers, how can I resolve?

Host Windows 7, guest Windows Vista sp1.

Same problem with host XP sp3, guest XP sp3, VirtualBox 3.0.4

Any solutions yet?
Same problem here with 4.0.4.

Host: Win7 x86
Guest: Vista x86 (created with disk2vhd)

Edit: Solved it. The Guest Additions included the driver.
