Network problems under Windows 7 RTM x64

Post by gornikfan »

Hi,

I'm using VirtualBox 3.0.4 on Windows 7 RTM x64 system. I have problems with all types of network connections - I can't connect. I have 4 VM - two Win Server 2k8 R2 and two Windows 7 RTM x32. I've tried internal network but wasn't able to ping rest of mine VMs (of course all of those systems are in same subnet). Host Only - same result. Anyone else got problems like that?

Which NIC attachments are you using on the other VMs, do they have an IP address? Which NIC type are you using on the RTM VM and does it have an IP address? No firewall that is in the way? Driver installed properly? There are tons of basic network troubleshooting you can do, but you haven't mentioned you tried even one of them.
