Cntr+C & Cntrl+V is not working!

Hello for all! please help me - on my windowsxp quest sometimes is not working Copy/Past - it's inactive - after quest reboot it's begin working, but from some times again inactive. In Host(Ubuntu 9.04) everything are working. Sorry for my English :)
MyInfo: Host - ubuntu 9.04, Quest - windowsXP, VitrualBox 3.0.2

Exactly what and from where are you copying and pasting things? Only text can be copied across the systems (Host and Guest) and only if you have the Guest Additions installed. If you copy a piece of text on the Host, close the app and try to paste it in the Windows Guest, it won't work either, as the clipboard is cleared when you close the application you copy from.
