[problem]windows do not recognizes the logo of VB

hi,
i have downloaded the virtual box and when i install it the windows finds some kind of problem that i dont anderstand,
i have reinstalled the windows and the problem persists, i dont anderstand why.
you can see what happens in the attached file.
and can somebody help me to solve the problem??

PS: i am using xp pro sp3 32 bit en

This is normal, because Sun hasn't signed their drivers. IF you want full functionality, you need to hit "continue anyway" each time it prompts about this during the install.
