VB 3.0.4 install on Vista SP2 ended prematuraly

HI,
When I try to install VB 3.0.4 on Vista SP2, the installer always fail, 3.0.2 also fail.
I have used unattended silent install to get install log, please see attachment file.
Hope this log file can help to solve this problem.
