After upgrading to VirtualBox 3.0.4 (was on 3.0 before), I'm getting intermittent network timeouts. Sometimes, the timeouts can go on for as much as 10 minutes, then it starts working again, albeit very slowly. The log also shows some sporadic IDE resets on the VM.
Does anyone have an idea of what is happening here? Two other colleagues are having the same problems, one with a Linux Host and Guest (as mine), and one with a MacOSX Host/FreeBSD Guest.
And yes, vboxdrv was recompiled after the upgrade. On MacOSX, it was a new installation.
