Hi.

If I have Windows XP as my host and, use Puppy Linux in Virtual Box for Internet purposes, would I be susceptible to catching a Virus due to Windows being my host?

Cheers.

Don't setup a file share to the Linux VM and use NAT.
Actually since Windows is the HOST if it gets a virus you are hosed anyway, but the Linux VM should be OK.

Generally OK, but the malware could target the VM and it's in bad shape. (Like if it has the ability to read/write vdi files and your guest is screwed)
