Weird Pixelation with Win98

hy there,

i tried to install wind98 as a guest on a wind xp host. everything works fine until i get to choose whether i want to run the win98 setup or not. because if i choose to do so and the setup starts i get the weirdest clutter of pixles ive ever seen.
just take a look Image

from this point onwarts im stuck. i cant install win98 in my virtual disk. i know that there is a question to format the partition on fat32 if i choose to have more than 512mb as diskspace, so i changed the space to 512mb and started to just randomly press enter to get a proper installation, but even if i get this far, the installation just gets stuck, nothing works and the pixles change from blue to black.
i use virtualbox 3.0.4 and Windows XP sp2

please note that i dont want to boot the os either from cd nor disk, or else i wouldnt have posted it here, thx

thanks for your time

Search for vbemp VGA Driver, too. See Sticky WinDOS Post in Windows Guest Area.
