I cannot seem to get my XP to see the linksys Wireless g card installed in the Computer. I have good connect through the Ubuntu side but when I open the VB I cannot see the card. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have loaded the drivers in the XP box.

Impossible. Your guest will only see virtual hardware. Try using bridged networking.
