Mouse pointer doesn't appear when resuming

It happens in all guests since I installed 3.0.4. It doesn't matter which guest additions version is installed. The mouse pointer doesn't appear when I resume a VM, until I do things like switching to other screen mode.
I'm on Mandriva 2009.1 x86_64, if that matters.
