Error 2300 during install of VirtualBox!

While trying to install I get an error message that says:
"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2300".
I have my user (only user) set to administrator, I believe I got all access but not sure if any access is being denied to the installer.
I tried downloading again and does the same thing. THis is version 2.2.4 of Sun xVM Virtual Box.
I have MIcrosoft Vista.
