CTL-ALT-END does not work in rdesktop

Host machine is CentOS 5.3 64 bit, the guest machine is Windows XP Pro 32-bit. VRDP is turned on for the guest.
From a machine running Fedora 11 I use rdesktop to connect to the VRDP port for the Windows XP guest. Everything works except CTL-ALT-END. Nothing I do has made rdesktop feed a ctl-alt-del equivalent to the guest.
I tried using rdesktop-vrdp on the host machine to connect to the guest. It connected happily but would not send a ctl-alt-del equivalent.
Rdesktop running on the Fedora11 machine will happily run all my Linux VMs, and if I login from the console first it is happy to run the Windows VM as well.
Does anyone have suggestions? How can I feed a ctl-alt-del equivalent to a Windows guest using rdesktop?
