CPU usage exaggerated

Hello,

I just have installed VirtualBox 3.0.2 in my Uuntu 9.04.

I virtualised Windows XP SP3 with sysprep and I noticed the virtual CPU is always at 100% of usage (explorer.exe and svchost.exe take 50% each of my CPU).

Any idea?

Sysprep does not change the kernel(hal) for the Guest, browse around, its been covered many times here.
