[Solved] How to set up networking using "Host-only" method

Hi,

I read this manual : http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/UserMa ... k_internal
It says it looks like the bridge method and may be better than it, so I think it's very interesting.

After selecting Network Internal mode and start my VM (Ubuntu) on a vista host, Vista and ubuntu are not linked. Moreover, from Ubuntu, I can't access the network.

Some ideas ?

Thanks

Use Host only mode or Bridge mode.

If I use Host-only mode, Host <-> Guest networking is ok, but Guest <-> Internet don't work. How can I solve it ? Thanks !

Install a second Virtual Network Adapter in the guest settings and set it to use NAT.
