You are not very clear in what You need.
Do You plan to use your 2003.vdi disk image as the primary disk for Your Virtual Machine?
If so: how did You get that 2003.vdi? it may make difference.

If You just need to use it as an additional disk in an already working VM then You have to:
  • open the VirtualBox GUI (Applications->System Tools->Sun VirtualBox).
  • open the Disk Manager (File->Virtual Media Manager...)
  • register your file(Add->navigate to Your 2003.vdi->Ok)
  • Close Disk Manager (Ok)
  • Select Your VM
  • Edit it (Settings)
  • Select Hard Disks
  • Hit the Add button (the one with a green "+" on the disk icon)
  • Select 2003.vdi in the combo box
  • Close the settings (Ok)
  • Be Happy :)

Yes! I plan to use 2003.vdi disk image as the primary disk for my Virtual Machine.
My ubuntu server is in the Network Center . I have upload the 2003.vdi by FTP
I use openssh to connect the sever so can you tell me how to do that with openssh command line
